Sciving at Technical University of Denmark: Installation of Walls, Ceilings, and Flooring Begins

At the same time, preparations are in progress for flooring installation throughout the student housing units. We are excited to share the latest update on the progress of our student housing project at DTU. As construction advances, we have now entered the phase of installing walls, ceilings, and flooring, marking an important step toward completing the first Sciving housing development.
With the foundation established and the corner beams in place, our team has begun assembling the structural components of the building. Skilled craftsmen are carefully positioning walls and ceilings, ensuring precision and accuracy in every detail. As construction continues, the architectural vision of the student housing project is becoming more defined, providing a clear picture of the living spaces that will soon accommodate students.
As construction continues, work is also underway to integrate essential utilities such as plumbing, electricity, and HVAC systems. Thoughtful planning ensures that conduits and service routes are positioned efficiently, optimizing both comfort and functionality for future residents.
