The Sciving interior design is based on classical Scandinavian design. Sciving has been in contact with IKEA to achieve the lifestyle of todays modern students in each Sciving. Light aesthetics that are functional and simplistic, blended with warm and natural tactility.
Sustainability
Sciving guarantees both quality materials and the most sustainable wood possible. The company underscores its commitment to sustainability by placing a strong emphasis on reforestation. All wood harvested for use in student housing is carefully offset through the replanting of trees on our plantations.

In collaboration with DTU, the Sciving unit has been used as a real life study environment where students worked hands on with indoor climate as part of their bachelor projects. Through precise studies of daylight, ventilation, acoustics, and thermal comfort, the indoor environment has been refined to provide students with the best living space for their wellbeing, focus, and everyday comfort.
Affordable living
Sciving is offered from just 900 dollars per month, and each unit includes a personal bathroom, kitchen, and dedicated living space, giving students independence without compromise. Built almost entirely of wood, the living environment is designed to be the healthiest and most comfortable student housing solutions available, where quality, privacy, and affordability meet.
