Following the direction set at the start of the year, February has been defined by continued progress and expanding discussions across Europe. Sciving is actively in dialogue with plot owners, municipalities, and development partners to identify and secure suitable sites for upcoming student housing projects. These conversations are a key step in turning long-term plans into real, buildable locations.
Across multiple countries, the search for viable plots is well underway. Each location presents its own opportunities and constraints, from accessibility and surrounding infrastructure to zoning requirements and local regulations.
