Sciving in dialogue with plot owners across Europe to prepare future housing sites

Following the direction set at the start of the year, February has been defined by continued progress and expanding discussions across Europe. Sciving is actively in dialogue with plot owners, municipalities, and development partners to identify and secure suitable sites for upcoming student housing projects. These conversations are a key step in turning long-term plans into real, buildable locations.

Across multiple countries, the search for viable plots is well underway. Each location presents its own opportunities and constraints, from accessibility and surrounding infrastructure to zoning requirements and local regulations. By working closely with plot owners and local stakeholders, Sciving ensures that every potential site aligns with both student needs and the practical realities of development. This process is essential in creating housing that is not only well-designed but also realistically deliverable.

At the same time, the partnerships established throughout 2025 continue to play an important role. Universities remain closely involved in these discussions, helping to evaluate locations based on proximity to campus life and student demand. Their input ensures that future Sciving housing is placed where it can have the greatest impact, supporting both academic life and everyday convenience for students.

While much of this work takes place behind the scenes, it represents a critical phase in Sciving’s development. Identifying and securing the right plots is the foundation for everything that follows, from design and planning to construction and long-term operation. February has therefore been a month of steady, focused work, continuing the momentum established at the beginning of the year.

Sciving remains committed to moving forward across all areas of development. Alongside site discussions, internal planning and coordination continue to ensure that once locations are confirmed, projects can progress efficiently. The goal is to be ready to act as soon as the right opportunities are secured.

As 2026 progresses, these ongoing conversations will shape the next phase of Sciving’s growth. By working closely with plot owners and local partners across Europe, we are building the foundation for future housing projects that respond directly to the needs of students and cities alike. The work continues, and each step brings us closer to delivering meaningful solutions to the student housing challenge.
